Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Michael Schmidt
General Manager
Graduating from Bay City Central with the class of 1999, I spent the next 7 years after high school serving in the United States Army. I have spent the last 17 years holding multiple positions in the Automotive Business. My #1 goal is customer satisfaction and team growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children being outdoors as much as possible.

Jerry Hites
General Sales Manager
I have spent over 25 years in a Management position and I enjoy helping my Team grow! Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors and golfing as much as possible.

I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since June 2018. The best part about working with Randy Wise is truly the team. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding horses, taking care of my garden and spending time with family.

I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since July 2005 & hold 20 years of experience in Service, Parts & Body Shop. I am a RAM, EV, Jeep, Mopar & Uconnect expert. Outside of work, I enjoy music, camping, fishing & hunting.

Controller
I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since January 2013. I have been a part of my Clio Family for 35 years! I love every part of my job! I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Steve since August 1990 and together we have three daughters, son in laws, and four wonderful grandchildren. Outside of work I enjoy reading, walking, cooking and spending my downtime with friends and family.
