Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Michael Schmidt
General Manager
Graduating from Bay City Central with the class of 1999, I spent the next 7 years after high school serving in the United States Army. I have spent the last 17 years holding multiple positions in the Automotive Business. My #1 goal is customer satisfaction and team growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children being outdoors as much as possible.

I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since June 2018. The best part about working with Randy Wise is truly the team. Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding horses, taking care of my garden and spending time with family.

Audra Findlay
Controller
I've been in the automotive industry since May 8, 1989, and for more than 37 years I've remained committed to providing outstanding customer service. I believe in always putting our customers first and continually finding ways to improve their experience. My husband, Steve, and I have been happily married for 36 years. We have three daughters, three wonderful sons-in-law, and seven amazing grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives. Outside of work, I'm a FASTerWay to Fat Loss Certified Coach and enjoy helping others live healthier lives. Most of all, I love spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to serving our customers with the same dedication and customer-first approach that has guided me throughout my career.

Alex Holifield
Service Manager
I've been in the automotive industry since 2005, building my career from the ground up. I started as a porter and worked my way through nearly every level of the service department, including Lube Technician, Used Car Technician, Flat Rate Technician, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, and now Service Manager. Those experiences have given me a deep understanding of the business and the importance of taking care of both our customers and our team. I'm married and have three wonderful children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and hitting the slopes whenever I get the chance to go snowboarding. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is that there's always something new to learn. I take pride in continuing to grow every day while providing the best possible service and care for our customers.

Jeff Swan
Parts Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 42 years, beginning my career as a parts driver in 1983. Since 1985, I've proudly served in management, and I've enjoyed building lasting relationships while helping both our team and our customers succeed. I've been married for 40 years, and my wife and I have three sons. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and playing competitive hockey whenever I get the chance. What I enjoy most about the automotive industry is helping people. Whether it's assisting a customer or supporting our team, I take pride in making a positive difference every day.
